Schedule all necessary inspections, order surveys, and warranties.
Follow all contract dates and keep everyone informed of upcoming deadlines, to keep your contract moving forward.

Compliance
We will work with you to learn and adhere to your broker's standards of practice, and company compliance.
We will maintain, organize, and submit your files for compliance. We will manage any distribution authorizations to ensure timely payment at closing.
As new regulations and guidelines are implemented, we will work to learn and grow, to stay informed of industry changes and any new compliance requirements.
