About Me

Kayci Amos is the founder and primary transaction coordinator for Thrive Real Estate Transaction Coordination. She began her career in 2014 as an executive assistant for a top ten agent in Indiana. She served as a listing and transaction coordinator, as well as marketing specialist, creating all digital and print marketing. In 2018 she became a licensed realtor in Indiana.

In 2021, Kayci, her husband Shannon, and their 2 kids relocated to Pensacola, Florida, looking for a change in scenery. With a love for the beach and warm weather, the gorgeous Emerald Coast beaches were a great fit! She worked full time as a transaction coordinator for a large team for 3 years, doing contract to close transactions, marketing, event planning and more. In 2024, she obtained her Florida real estate license and founded Thrive Real Estate Transaction Coordination, to become an independent TC. Her 2 amazing kids are grown and thriving, and Kayci wanted that for herself and the realtors that she serves. She loves helping agents THRIVE by taking over the administrative aspects of their business so they have the time and energy to lead gen, better serve their clients, and expand their reach.
